MY STORY

Once an avid athlete in school, my health and fitness took a detour as the demands of adulthood consumed my time and energy. Long work hours and poor eating habits left me exhausted, disconnected from friends, and unfulfilled.

It took a career crisis and a divorce to awaken me to the realization that I needed a change.In my quest for personal growth, I took a deep dive into various aspects of my life, which led me to become a certified life coach to assist others in their transformations. Yet, I still had this feeling that something was missing; the magical ingredient that would propel all areas of my life.

 

Reflecting on the joy and vitality of my youth, I embraced exercise and proper nutrition, noticing remarkable improvements in my well-being. However, heavy weight lifting began taking a toll on my joints, threatening to derail my progress. I was determined not to let this happen, and so I found the solution in resistance band training.

 

With this innovative approach, I discovered a sustainable way to exercise without the strain on my joints. It revitalized my passion for fitness and inspired me to help others achieve similar transformations.

 

Now, as a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Specialist, I'm dedicated to guiding individuals towards a healthier lifestyle.
